There is a movement sweeping the globe, the movement is Purpose. More and more individuals are feeling the call to make their lives count, to stand up, grow to their highest potential and become impactful contributors to causes that matter to them. Many are hearing the sound of the drums beating and picking up their own instruments of noise, no longer willing to remain quiet, unseen, unnoticed. They are gathering together to celebrate a newfound passion, gathering in order to cultivate even more of that passion, even more power, to ensure that Purpose motivates their lives, penetrates their choices, and enriches all of their relationships.
When we come together to garner passion and power, to inspire and access insights about our own Purpose; life becomes so much more fun! Are you one of the many? Are you ready to make some noise about what matters to you?
If so please come join the circle of sound, bring your noise-makers, drums, whistles, rattles, hands to clap, voices to sing and call out with. Don't worry about whether or not you are musical, whether or not you can sing, we are here to make noise!

Dream A Little Dream...

From Aspiration, Through Inspiration, To Dreaming Our World Awake...
We witness the struggles and challenges of life and aspire to something better, maintaining a hope for more freedom, more money, more love, more beauty, more peace; but this hope in and of itself can keep us trapped in a self-limiting state, a state of discontentment that prevents our surrender into "what is" and further more prevents our ENJOYMENT of what is. The discontentment is often a quiet presence, quiet enough that it can be easily drowned out by our busy ways, our skill in distracting ourselves from how we genuinely feel deep within. And then, in the quiet times, or the times that our distractions stop being fun, entertaining, effective, we might glimpse something of a melancholy, a negative self-talk, a drop into disillusionment. If we are lucky to have some awareness about us, we might reach towards healthful means to be with our sadness, sorrow, or downheartedness; meditation, dance, contemplation, music, yoga, art, poetry, nature, soaks in the bath, longs walks or runs and so on. And if we are luckier still, these practices will afford us a shift into Inspiration.
Inspiration is literally the breath of life opening our body, heart and mind; it is both the physical breath that grants us life, and the holy breath of divine guidance that enters through our chakra system moving our creative, imaginal minds. The shift in perception enables vision, dreams and guidance to flow. Every cell of our body becomes infused, even if just briefly, with a freshness of optimistic energy, an energy that carries the memory of our true nature, a nature graced with beauty, love and joy. Sweet joy that is persistent in the face of all suffering, enduring love that upholds the beating of even the most broken heart. If we can tenderly hold our inspired visions long enough, carrying them carefully across the rickety bridges between spirit, soul, and mind, we can implant them as if they were dream-seeds in the meat and bones of our earthy body.
These dream-seeds have a magical power if we tend to them, water and nourish them, yet also give them time and space without too much interference... a gentle nurture as opposed to a constant prodding and poking. Their power is to find their way into outer manifestation; to emerge from the ground of our being and blossom into those ways of being, those words and actions that enable us to co-create a rich and fulfilling life for ourselves, and a world of peace and harmony for all our relations. Are you ready to dream our world awake?
This workshop will include (for those who desire it) the ceremonial drinking of Mugwort tea to expand consciousness and open the portals of mind...
"Mugwort’s power lies in her ability to challenge our limited and blinkered perception. We all live within limited bubbles of consciousness yet can easily fall into the illusion that all that we perceive is all that there is.When our ego and sense of self becomes overly calcified, closing us off from new growth, Mugwort may have wisdom for us...
Mugwort can plunge her hands deep into our unknown psyche, unlock our dreams and draw out strengths and fears we have long forgotten about. As she reveals these gems, it is neither with malice nor sympathy but gentle unassailable confidence and loving warmth. She can soften and dissolve the protective shell of a calcified ego. She is a plant of the moon, of deep feminine wisdom and surrender to Earth’s cycles. She can be a powerful ally to reconnect us to our truth and strength."
